i saw the same thing and have had it bookmarked for a while now - it's so pretty!
and to answer your question i don't plan on adding the frame to every pic on my current blog but i may start a photo blog in the picture or if i decided to start a website i would add the frames there...but all those pictures would have a bit of post-editing...
