Hair Blues

I am having the hair style blues. I started out with a style that I loved, but cant seem to get it back (see below) and I dont know what to do. In that....I am looking for ways to save the little piece of hair that I have left, or letting it all go. The only thing with letting it all go is this. I don't wear makeup. I only wear mascara, liner, and gloss. I would need something to offset the boy cut (see Solange) and I am not about to change my makeup game. I asked Mr. Styles what he thought and of course he doesn't mind, but I want to be sure. I have another appointment for Tuesday with my stylist so we will see what happens. Below are some styles that are on my mind.

Yeah those hair blues are awful - I like the Halle and Eva styles - then you can wear them curly or straight. Also, have you thought about a different hair color? Maybe that will chase those blues away without getting a drastic cut ;o)

Hey Girl--if you have it cropped close around the sides and the back then don't cut it too short on top--leave some flirty feminine length on top--or you are right--it will just look like a boy cut!
Halle Berry looks good with just that little whisp of longer hair in the front--but Halle would look good bald! I REALLY like the similar haircut with the longer top you have posted--that is HAWT and would rock on you!!!

Just for clarification--the one of Eva that is 2nd to last is the one I luvee!
And if you foiled that with some color your mood would be transformed!

Well, I must say I like them all. The cut Solange has really looks good on her and I feel it would look good on you also. You don't need makeup to look beautiful. I feel the less makeup, the better because your natural beauty will match your natural do.

well, you're gorgeous one way or another so you've got that regardless.
earrings always helped me feel more feminine when i had shorter hair (and it was super short). big, fun, bold earrings.
good luck!

Of the two photos you have up of Eva I love the first one. I have locs so I've done the big chop before and the things that got me through were big earrings and hair color. Girl, take it from me a pair of gold hoops and the right hair color and you won't loose a bit of your flyness. Go ahead be BOLD.

I agree with with getting a little color. that first photo of Eva's is fierce! I had very short, very blonde hair once and never wore any kind of make up and I was fine! go to my blog and look under the july post "bittersweet"

I really like your hair cut but I understand if you aren't feeling it. I agree with maybe a change in hair color perhaps..

I find the shorter my hair is the more I get it cut. If I wear it super short then 3 weeks max. And I gotta agree - cute earrings help limit the boyish thing. And good lip gloss.

I'm diggin the Halle cut.
