Yeah his bud got me a few weeks back and they want my money. I have never had a speeding ticket before in my life. I hate this. So by the time yall read this, I will be paying for this mistake...and then off to work. Seriously this pours salt all in my Friday game. I plan on having a good time regardless. Not sure what my posts will look like as I will be busy from this moment on with banging pots and pans for fun. Everyone have a great holiday. Dont eat to much..

Awww....I know the feeling. Not a good one.
Have a Happy Thanksgiving!
tickets are for the birds, Ugh!
Don't even let that ruin your holiday...have a GREAT Thanksgiving, eat a lot, well not TOO much, have fun with the fam & friends =)
Awwww sorry about the ticket.
Those cops just swoop down out of the clear blue sky at times..lol
PJD
Awww, that bites! Cruise control all they way baby.
Oh no! Getting pulled over is not fun. Unfortunately, I've gotten several speeding tickets in the past. They always come out of nowhere. Have a great Thanksgiving!
Girl, that's easy. I'm not sure how your state laws correspond with mine, but since it's your first speeding offense, you can probably go to court, (do a little research on your own and/or consult an attorney) talk to the prosecutor and ask for driving school, etc. to have the charge dismissed. Make sure you get a copy of your driving record ASAP, also. This takes a little more time than just paying the ticket, but if you can get off, it makes it a HELL of a lot easier on you when insurance renewal time comes around, and God forbid you ever get hit with one of these again...but if you do, your slate is clean. It's like you never even got that first ticket!
Well, you could be like me. For a minute there, I was getting a ticket every few months...JUUUST in enough time for the last one to fall off. Have a great holiday.
Happy Thanksgiving!
So sorry about the ticket but have great holiday.
That really sucks, I'm glad I never have gotten a ticket, yet.
I hate that this happened to you. There's a legal term for throwing yourself on the mercy of the court. Oftentimes if you can prove that you've been driving for many years and have never gotten a speeding ticket, you can ask or beg the judge to forgive this particular incident. It's worth a try. My friend got out of a ticket that way once.
A few years back I bought a new car and within 5 months I got 3 speeding tickets...I thought I could just pay them and no big deal...until someone told me 1) it affects your insurance and 2) the RMV could take away my license---WAKE UP CALL!!!
Ok--that was more than a few years back--it was more like 20 years back! :)
Awww!!! I definitely feel you! I got my 1st ever speeding ticket several years ago. I contested it, went to court and WON!!! I was NOT speeding!!! Got another one back in May, went to Comedy Driving Class ($40 bucks) but got ticket removed from my record. Frustrating (& expensive) I know, but those tickets will make you slow yo' tail D-O-W-N!!! LOL!!
Hope your Thanksgiving was good ANYway!!!
Hugs!
I was going to say damn, that cop is hot looking...
...but then I found out he gave you a ticket.
NOT HOT!
