Just the start…NEXT

I have yet to get the pulls so for now these will do. I was at Anthropologie this weekend and NADA ENCHILADA! So I said, GET WITH IT CHICK! I bought some silver paint and bammm ready for use. It is a Peek-a-boo glossy gum drop.

I DID THAT!

And the shine on this piece is SICK! The wipe on poly was it jack.

Thanks again to everyone that helped me with this. I feel like I can do anything now. I even stopped by a friends to help her get her desk going. She moves like molasses, called me bossy, but wants me to come finish it. I enjoy the after so much, I think I just might. Someone check my temperature. No…As I mentioned I had one hell of a work week last week, and she really helped me get through it while on the job. If your reading this!

THANKS BAM!

*If anyone knows of an online store that sells knobs at a great price, do tell please.

XOXO,

Tamstyles

Tam - great work. Once you see you can make something what you want for yourself, it's hard to buy new again. Hey, Horchow has this SUNburst (not starburst) for 30% off with free shipping today. Will be $139. I think it's hot! I'm going over there at lunch today and will check the chip and dent fo you. http://www.horchow.com/store/catalog/prod.jhtml?itemId=cprod9720019&parentId=cat11350734&masterId=cat000092&index=15&cmCat=cat000000cat000089cat000092cat11350734

PERFECTION! I love those handles, I'd keep them and maybe paint them black, or some funky color or jutst leave the gold -- it looks elelgant and warms up the color..

Just my opinion

Omg!!!!!!! I am SOOOOO impressed! I have a whole set my grandmother bought for my daughter from the thrift store (she is a thrift store junkie!!) and it has been sitting in our attic for the longest. I love the look just hate the color. I need to go back and see previous posts because this is amazing! Hopefully this will be a Spring/Summer project for me. I will probably need to ask you a few questions, lol. I hope you don't mind.

It's gorgeous! Makes me want to paint my dresser... another project to add to the list!

The dresser looks sweet. I started painting furniture a couple years ago. It's addictive. Now my stuff is all crazy patterns and stuff but I have fun with it. When I need knobs I go to myknobs.com Don't let the front page fool you. They have some really unique things and you can tweak your search by color.

Love your stuff. Thanks for sharing.
