Liberty Of London

Did you get a chance to check out the launch of the Liberty of London for Target line? I just so happen to be up at 8:30 Sunday morning, and went it. Let me first say that the store did not have all the items up. I was so ticked I called for a manager. She did what she could to make me happy, even with a few coupons. However, I did have to go to another Target just to find the pillows I wanted…get there and they don't have ONE ITEM OF THE LINE OUT! I had to call management to get the stuff out. Then the pillow wasn't there. I hurried back to the original store, where they found them for me in the back.

I will say the line is very well made. The stationary/office products are nice, as well as the garden items which stood out to me. They have pretty piggy banks, ceramic prep bowls, and lamp shades that will add a pop of color to any home.

Ohhh…I had to go ahead and get the Dwell Chevron Pillow. I have no clue where she is going right now, but I just love it so much!

Have you seen the Liberty of London line at Target yet?

If so what are your thoughts, or could you care less?

I bought a dress from their line. I also bought my little girl a romper. Because I live in the middle of freakin nowhere they had all of the items in stock. Not one single item sold out (like online). And I must say they are great prices and very pretty items.

I just left the US so couldn't even visit the store. A ton of stuff is also sold out online but I did sign up to be notified if it comes back.

I might get a duvet set and lamps/lamp shades. The dinnerware is pretty tempting too...

I wanted to buy all the little girl's dresses, but settled on one. She has worn it every day since.

Mine didn't have any of it out either, so I just left, pissed off for taking the time to go there and not find what I was looking for.

I also got the same peacock mug(still deciding on the pillows) and a pleated dress. I am not sure about the quality though, some of the dresses have shorter hemlines than the inner lining and one of the buttons popped off while I was looking at it. Nevertheless, I am happy with my purchases.

Our store here in Podunkville only had a few items. I bought every girls swimsuit they had. In every size. So DD now has all of the swimwear she will ever need from age 2-5. And she is only 5 months old.

I also have the Chevron pillow. The reverse side is fugly. They totally could have marketed it as the Chevron pillow and charged twice as much.

Same situation at my Target. I went Monday and they still were putting it out and had to go to two... If they're going to launch it on a certain day it needs to be set up before they open that day!!! Grrr

I am going to see if mine has any thing left. People around here don't catch on so fast, and I've got a gift card!!!!

Everything's cute, but the only thing that is not well made is the Liberty of London Two Tier Tray in the dining section.

It's so dang cute and I had been looking for a cheap two tier tray FOREVER. I snatched it up and bought it. During the car ride home, I stuck my hand in the bag and it broke! I turned around and returned it since it was the last one in the store. Yesterday, I went to a different Target and they had two left. I examined them and bought the one that was sturdy. The other one looked like it was about to break. Hopefully this one lasts!

Sorry for the rambling, I just wanted to give a lil FYI just in case anyone wants to buy the tray. If you check out the reviews you will see most of them broke as well! I included my own review.

At first they didnt have it near the "h' are but we went a little further out and "WaLa" it was there.
I like the pillows and frames.

I thought about getting a few items for a gift; but she got on my nerves before I could get it so I passed.
