My Furry Friend

I could not help but snag him (Puppy) up from West Elm the other day. I posted about Puppy a while back, and there were mixed reviews. But I love him. The cute little athlete wanted to take a minute to pose on the sofa, because he thought I was in a good mood…and maybe he could get away with sitting on it.

THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SIT OR TOUCH THE SOFA!

Sorry, I am to afraid of their hands being dirty, denim rubbing off. Anything could happen with kids that have no clue about fabric.

But help me to welcome PUPPY!

I love the way it looks. I saw one of these at TJ Maxx a few months ago and was wanting to get it bu my husband was looking at me with his "Dont you dare" face. They look beautiful in person!

Lol@Decore I Adore. I think the pillow is cute and fun. I would probably put it in my bedroom though.

Okay, I have been "eyeing" your blog for some time now and have been inspired a few times to comment, but I couldn't keep my fingers from stopping myself this time...
GIRRRRRRRL!!! That pillow ABSOLUTELY did "things" to the whole look of that couch it went from classic and pretty, but needed "something" to WOW! POW! ZING! BANG!!
Can you tell I like it?
I am THRILLED you took the plunge. Nevermind the naysayers anyway, It's YOUR house.. LIVE WHAT YOU LOVE!!!

Is that true about denim? I'm very much afraid of dark denim transferring on my cream velvet couch...

Just a girl...I have seen jeans that transfered its color to a fabric, so I am careful. Its happened with shoes even, and bags. If i carry a certain bag and it rubs the jeans, it transfers. And same with jeans hitting my heels with a certain fabric. Even the walls. They run around this house and bump into everything..I have seen the denim on the wall. SAD, but true.

Sisters for power- i thought about putting it in my bed. But for now I want PUPPY seen. Plus that pillow needs to be still, and moving it across the linen on my bed daily would be a problem, where as the linen on the couch wont be disturbed daily...

Kara--yeah..cant take the risk at all with them. My kids are (SMH)

And no puppy for this house yet. I almost bought one a while back. I just refuse to get a pet to care for when I have kids that i have to care for daily...that I still have to remind to do chores. I tell them all the time. Show me your responsible and you can get a pet. But until then..NO DOGS.

T!! I LOVE puppy, adds beautiful texture. Sophie never looked so good. Do all of your pillows/furniture have names? =]

OMG, I'm dying over your Ikat pillow!! I just bought similar ones from PB (not Ikat, just a scrolly design) but love yours so much more.
