Good idea and I liked the questions!
Looks like I'm right about average on everything! The only thing is on marital status, maybe single in a relationship should be 1st or 2nd. I didn't bother reading all the way down since I'm used to the hierarchy going "single, married, divorced, widowed" so I didn't notice until I read everyone else's.
