I find mine at Central Market. I love them and they are $6 a stem.
The website is www.centralmarket.com. I work in downtown Dallas and there is one at 5750 E. Lovers Ln. There's also one in Plano and Southlake and a few other places. I tend to go to the one on Hulen in Fort Worth or Southlake because I live in NW Fort Worth.

Pink Peonias are my favourite flower... they are sooooo pretty...I would have my house full of them if I could.
Don't hate this is the only time I can gloat on prices over the rest of the country...we live where they grow peonies...$3 to $5 a stem at roadside stands. Flowers are the ONLY thing that's cheap where we live.

Ok, girl clearly you need to plant some. We have about 10 of them in our yard but they have already bloomed and died this year. All while we were out of town so I never saw them.

We have lot of farmer markets in New York. The Peonies vary from 6.00 to 10.00 bucks retail. We have a flower district that sells them in bundles but that varies from 30.00 to 60.00.
Fresh blooms are SO worth the money, aren't they? The smile & cheer they bring are so worth it in my book.
We planted a peony bush last year but it has yet to yield blooms. So I satisfy my peonies craving at Whole Foods.
