Don’t you love how textiles, and patterns can translate into the clothing we wear, as well as beautiful items for our homes?
For instance DENIM: Its durability, and color options transcends a certain American look. The comforter below comes in mustard, white, and red…All in DENIM. Had I known what I know now, a washable denim sofa in a white would have been a perfect, kid friendly choice for a sofa.
Stripes. My other love. STRIPES represent for me a boldness, going against the grain, striking.
Damask a classic. I think we all have had something DAMASK in our home.
One of my favorite patterns is IKAT. There is something about the imperfect pattern, that makes it oh so perfect.
