I love RAM HEADS as they relate to décor. So when I spotted these necklaces for $14 by Belle Noel which is Kim Kardashians jewelry line, I became bargain happy. I already own a pair of her earrings, and the quality is actually very good. But this sale just gave me a reason to try the necklace.
