When I am happy with a store, I am proud to praise them and share with you guys. When I am NOT HAPPY with a store, well…you get the idea.
I purchased the shirt below from SHEINSIDE.COM only to discover that it came with a defect/stain/color imbalance on the sleeve. For starters it took forever to get to me. I placed my order on 4/13/2013 and it arrived last week. I contacted them and told them about the stain. I have had to conversate now for 8 days with them via email. Going back and forth. I request a resolve, they send their idea of a resolve, then change their mind with another email. Just a terrible way to do business.
GET IT TOGETHER SHEINSIDE.COM , and QUICKLY. Service is everything, and your service is terrible. The sad thing is my issue is still not resolved because I am waiting on another email. They wont take the item back because shipping was free? Crazy.
