Window What?

Seriously..can we talk...I have no clue what to do with these windows..How to hang panels..If i did 2 per rod wouldn't that look like to much shiznit on the wall? Does anyone have windows like this for reference. Mrs. Limestone I think has a three window look in her living and it looks great, but I think there is a difference somewhere. I am keeping the blinds. They must stay! Other than that..yep clueless..That's why I love the comments, and opinions of all my blog friends. If I could I would fly you all out for a lunch and shop!

I have no advice for you...no clue what people do with those half circle windows at all. (Its actually the only thing I think about when I see those kinds of windows in any house)

Maybe just do panels from under the half circles and leave those uncovered?

I have a bay window but its quite different than yours. No half windows, very thick mouldings around each and they essentially all touch each other.

oh my gosh!!!! i have 2 of them in my front room and it is driving me CRAZY!!!!!!
Here is what I think I am going to do......I am going to hangone rod over each window and then swag it across so that all of the curtain falls on either the left or right side of the window. (covering up a bit of the "half window" because mine gets DIRECT sunlight in the afternoon!)
I hope that helps! I am going to search online later tonight. Those windows drive me nuts!!!!

They actually sell rods for these angles. I know Walmart sells them and maybe even HomeDepot.

Actually looking at your windows again, you can have individual rods for each window and it wouldn't look like to much.

Oh...if you weren't keeping the mini blinds I'd definitely say fabric Roman blinds for a clean modern look. Window treatments are the thing that I loathe trying to figure out. I love everything else about interior decor, just not the window treatments!

i have those in my master bedroom! i finally figured out how to make them work by putting a short rod in between the windows and hanging panels on that. so you see window, drape, window, drape. for yours i'd put the rod in between the top and bottom windows. let me look for a pic and send you the link

the walls turns slightly in my sitting area. but it's the same concept of window, wall, window in your room. so i just hung the curtains where there was wall. and it keeps out the morning sun! they're not functional, more just to soften that whole area. HTH!

the rods are straight so it took a little jimmying to get them up and stable on a curved wall
