First of all I need to thank Mrs. Limestone for her Photoshop skills. Talk about on it! She is on it. Thanks so much for the help. I needed it badly to get a visual of which color rug would work in the room. So now that they are up, which color is clicking your heels?
Option 1 (Turquoise)
Option 2 (Brown)
Option 4 (Sky)
Arent they all beauties? Help me out here. Tell me what you think so I can think even harder.
CSN Rugs and Jill Rosenwald have really put together something perfect just for me. I would have to start a RUG savings plan just to get it since the table dug deep in my LAMB bag. But looking at this photo makes it all worth it. I hope I can say that once I get a rug.
~KEEP IN MIND~
*The carpet will one day be gone and at this moment I thinking I want to go with a
chocolate wood floor if that helps your vote.
chocolate wood floor if that helps your vote.

I like #1 and #4. If you are going to switch out the carpet for chocolate hardwood I would definitely go for #1. I like how the color pops with all the neutrals.
Turquoise or sky for sure. Turquoise is my first choice. Love the room so far!
Option 1 for me.
I vote for #1!
I like #1 Turquoise & #2 Brown...they just seem to POP & make a bold statement
Chocolate wood floor? OK, go with #1. #4 is the second choice, but I really think it should be #1.
#1 or #4. I love how it would give the room a pop of color. I can't wait to see it finished!
I like #1 because it makes the furniture pop up nicely.
I like the brown! Good luck deciding, they are all really nice colors.
I like #1 and 4 as well, With the rugs, you table really shines. I love that table, it was hard to focus on which rug.
hmmm, keeping your future plans in mind i say #4. I think #1 is too much of a contrast. the brown will blend too much making everything too monochromatic, #3 (the gray) I think is almost too similar to your chair and wall colour...again, too monochromatic. I think #4 provides a nice addition of colour without being too contrasty.
I like #1 and #4 too.
Also think #1 is too "playful" and the space feels a tad more formal to me. good luck with your decision!
I luv option #1 and on the soon~to~be dark hardwood floors will make it "pOp" and bring the room more life! Luvz it......
Hurry and come to Atlanta so you can assist me! We can have a party. LaKeitha, Dayka and I. They have great insight and ideas..
I like #1 (first)
Then #3 (second)
Hugs!
I'm digging Option 1 (Turquoise). The color pop really sells the drama appeal. Do you plan to "pop" another color in the room if you do decide to go with Option 1(Turquoise)(hint,hint)? btw: I love what you did with the couch. It's gorgeous. : D
I love option one, but since you plan on changing your floors to hardwood in the future go with # 4 it still pops but you don't it to pop to much...I could alos see Nenevon pillow covers in that # 4 option on your sofa.
I would say #1, since the others don't pop as much with your couch (to me). I love the dark floors, and think that the turquoise would look even better once it goes down.
i like gray and sky. they offer a subtle contrast, not as easy to tire of.
#1 turquoise! everything looks so much more vibrant with the color underneath it.
#4 the most then #1 second!
Brown. Love your choices! Tough decision.
I like the brown because it keeps everything neutral then you can add pops of colors with pillows and accesories.
Beautiful rugs...and they add pizzaz to any room. Love the turquoise!!
I like #1 it adds a sense of POP ! to the room I would even add that color to your sofa with an accent pillow(s )or you could accent that color with window treatments,or add decorative accents through out the room to tie it all in....So go with option one for sure that seems to be everyones vote good luck on your choice .And keep up the good work your doing excellent. Your blog site your it's so insightful and inspirational...
Turquoise hands down!! Esp. with the chocolate wood floor
4 then 1
Turquoise...needs some contrast. The others give a tone-on-tone neutral effect that make it all blend in. Sofa needs to stand on her own. Good luck!
It is true #1 will make the room pop but I think it's out of place. I would go for brown-- if it's the type of brown in the photo and would not blend in the floor, rather it would unify the whole room.
Not too many gray votes but I really like the gray. Good luck making a decision.
My favorite is Sky, 2nd fav is Turquoise. Good luck!
LOVE THOSE RUGS!!! I LOVE NUMBER 4. I REALLY LOVE NUMBER 1...BUT IT MIGHT BE A BIT TOO MUCH. SUCH GREAT CHOICES! AND I AM STILL IN SHOCK AS TO HOW ONE EARTH YOU DID THAT TO THE PICTURES!!!
I'm torn between the gray and the brown!
I like the gray and the sky. The brown is too similar, and the turquoise is too bright. But the sky color is my favorite - it nicely contrasts the sofa (and will the floors too), and it brings a little color into the room. I like the gray for the same reasons as the sky - except the color bit. But gray and camel are a great color combo together.
You should definitely get a rug!! They're worth it!
turquoise. it provides the best contrast as all of everything else is neutral.
you are so bold (judging from your office) that you can pull off a pop of color! can't wait to see it all.
I like Option #1...it pops and it's unexpected...whenever I have too many choices I always choose the piece that would work well in another too...just in case I get a case of the move its...will it work in your bedroom, the kids room, family room etc.
i love the turquoise. it really pops against the neutral browns.
I love the turquoise and sky. Both are fab and would look great with the dark wood floors.
Good luck!
my vote is for sky
3 without a doubt
;-)
Oh, it's all about the turquoise. That's the winner!
I Luv Sky ... It'll definitely pop against the chocolate floors!
Turquoise Looks best right now, but I think it'll too dark once the floors r in!
Sky is my only choice! I love the baby blue with the browns. It makes them richer in color :o)
I'm lovin' #1. The room is really coming together. I think with all your beiges and browns a the turquoise rug will set it all off. Then you can add a few little turquoise touches such as small foo dogs or bud vases.
I like eitherthe gray or sky!! Good luck!
turquoise or sky
turquoise!
