I am curious to know what you think about glass tile. I am thinking of getting rid of my contractor tile for something fancy like that. I love subway tile but I don't think it fits the style of my house.
Hay Tam! I have subway tile in my kitchen and I am a neat freak so I thought I'd share a tip with you.... Get a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser - it's the best cleaning product ever! It will brighten the grout up is it starts looking a little dark in areas. As an aside those Magic Erasers are great for those furniture rub marks we all get on walls, on soap scum in bathrooms, pretty much everywhere.
Also, if you are using a colored tile you might consider using a dark colored grout - a shade or two darker than the tile color even. Hope that helps! - Danielle

We just remodeled our kitchen and used white subway tile for the backsplash. It's so clean and fresh looking. I am obsessed with it!
These pics are very lust worthy.
I love white subway tiles! I can't wait to redo our kitchen...
It's cool to see other colors of subway tiles - yummy
I'm REALLY feelin' those grey and blue tiles. Love it! I love subway tile, and I know I'll use it if/when I renovate the bathrooms--it's timeless!
they are classic and always in style. love them.
Yeah I like them too. They're classic!

I love it too BUT...
I do NOT like the "new" kind with the rounded down edges. They have to be the old school kind that's perfectly squared off along the edges.
It makes all the difference visually.
Great photos!
glad yall like em. and thanks for the great tips to..
Ooh thanks for following my blog, love yours!
The mirror in the bathroom is THE mirror I want! I also love the collection of pots - copper no less, totally going in my country home some day. ;)
